There s no difference Walter if the vehicle is insured for business use then you will get done,
and if you have window cleaning equipment in the van and no business insurance then you will get done for both. ;D

Seems that if the vehicle is only used by one person it's ok to smoke.

I have the proper business insurance - for a modified vehicle etc.

This is a funny one.  It says that smoking is allowed in a work vehicle that only one person uses.  It says nothing about whether a no smoking sign should be displayed in a one person only work vehicle.  Logic would dictate that if smoking were permitted in such a vehicle, the need for a sign is redundant.  However, when did logic apply if the state can steal some easy fine money.

Sorry Walter, I wasn't implying that you didn't have the proper insurance, that was just meant as a joke with nobody in mind.

No apology needed and no offence taken :) .
The law about smoking stickers isn't entirely clear though.  It would appear that my circumstances would allow me to smoke in my van but that I would have to display no smoking stickers :) .
I don't smoke.
Do I have to display no farting stickers too?
