shoddy work
« on: June 05, 2015, 06:40:56 pm »
Fuming. Second clean for Mr Grumpy. Refused to pay because the Windows are still dirty (wfp). My workers explained the process, pure water but he said I'm not paying.
I ring him when I get home, asked what the problem is, have they not dried to your satisfaction?
"No, they are clean but it's a very shoddy way of working and I'm not paying".
What would you do that doesn't involve balaclava and a shovel?

Go round & demand payment. If he doesn't pay up take him to small claims court out of principal.

He wanted clean windows. He's got them. Irrelevant of how that was achieved.

Seems he is in fact the one with the shoddy attitude. Insist on payment. If he refuses warn him verbally that it'll result in legal action. If he then refuses start the process. He'll pay.

Go back, tell him you come to clean them again because he was not happy when you cleaned them last time.

Get ya harris pole out with T bar on, wet em up as if ya was going to trad them
but don't squeegee the detergent off.

When you have finished knock the the door and tell him "Now thats bloody shoddy and ya don't want paying".
and leave.

F@#K him, customers like him make my blood boil.

Rant over   :D
