just got a text off a customer this morning(£40 account)

"darren can you leave the windows today as my husbands mercedes has gone up in flames last night and burnt out my sons car as well"

fair enough!she even sent me a pic of the cars!the fire also damaged the front bay windows.

should i dump her and never go back and replace with 2 more?

If it's damaged her front Windows they may just want to hold u off unroll damage is replaced. I wouldnt be to quick to judge .If she calls back in a few months carry on , if she don't dump and replace with two.

Any new jobs the first thing I say is that it has to be regular whether that be every week or every 4 months,this time of the year people will try and con you into a one off clean promising you an on going job. You can tell instantaneously if there trying it on as some change there mind on the spot saying something like oh right we will be getting another quote I'll let you know.
