pulled up to a customers today. looked at front windows and there was bird mess all over (seriously dirty ).not seen windows that bad before ,i thought shell be pleased to see me i  cleaned them and went for payment and she says could i leave it longer between cleans . lol

you never know persons circumstances , maybe she is struggling financially , might not be her fault , loss of job etc ...
