Gardiner carbon gooseneck swivel?
« on: January 31, 2015, 03:47:57 pm »
Anyone else wish there was a way to combine a carbon gooseneck and a swivel socket?

I like the swivel, and I like the gooseneck, but at the moment I have to choose between the two.

Unless there is a way of combining the two that i don't know about?

I would love to see a resineck in carbon.

It can't be that hard to make a strong one.

Will sort pics Tom for tap etc. Got it all ready :)

Johnny does the goose neck not become an issue when doing downstairs windows? Patio doors etc? I find adjusting the neck for lower windows makes it easier to get a good scrub on the glass...

Not really mate. Combined with a sill brush the carbon necks are awesome.

I havnt actually?

Is it not pretty heavy with it being just plastic? Might give it a whirl.

Think it was you who kept banging on about swivels, untill I got one I didn't realise why you liked them so much. Haha. There great.

Might be the same with the long neck swivel! :)

The weight difference over a normal swivel is not noticable to be honest. However, that bit of extra reach is priceless!! You'll not be disappointed.  ;)
