Pricing houses in Bournemouth?
« on: January 30, 2015, 12:15:25 am »

I do bungalows mostly and have a reasonable idea of how to price those but will move onto houses soon.  Is there a quick way to calculate and price e.g £1 for one small/normal window  £2 for large windows?

work out what you want to make an hour, estimate how long a house will take you and charge accordingly. if you want to get £20 p/h and you think a house will take you 20mins charge 7quid. all depends on you and your buisiness. theres some people on here will say charge a 3 bed semi £20 some will say do 2 an hour at £10
when life throws you water, clean windows

whatever price u think before u say it stop and add £2 on or if they say yes too easily go on to offer enhanced service for a few quid more eg front door rear door / garage door for £2 more or whatever u think fair ... turns a £10 job into a £14 job by doing above and tbh don't take much longer to do .... can make a difference to ur days earnings  :)
