vetoed by the polic emeans nothing. I know of a guy who has been in n out of jail for all sorts and is a well known thief. Guess what he has a licence from council.

it is a tax and nothing else.

That's exactly the type of people that it was brought in for, to stop thieving numptys having a birds eye view.

well it doesn't work lol. it is a tax pure n simple. majority of guys i know have been in trouble  and few done jail time but all approved lol.

fairly hard for council to knock them back. you have the rehabilitation act where  crimes drop off records through time.

An ex employee of mine had his application refused and had to go in front of a panel before his licence was granted.
