Hi Matt I would say that to get a fair result u would be best looking at using telesales for a period of time say 8 hours a week over 4 or 8 weeks this would give u a much more balanced picture. Telesales is purely a numbers game when we use becci she follows a strict requirement from us and that is we are not interested in undercutting we are only interested in solid genuine appointments so there may be less appointments but the ones we get are defo very strong leads, if u want them to just get u in front of a customer then u would get a lot more appointments but for us we are not interested in those "heavily pitched for leads" becci team are professional and reliable and for us along with other telesales we have used are well worth using but to really get good value it is really best to use for a sustained period of time, this allows time for brochures, emails etc to be sent and then becci s team chase those leads up all of this can take 3 or more calls of course good to vary the calling days as sometimes your decision maker may be off on certain days.
