I'm open to constructive feedback on every aspect of Cleaner Planner, "small print" included. If something doesn't sit right here then I'll review and possibly amend it.

2.3Cleaner Planner shall have the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to terminate provision of the Services without prior notice to Users

13.1that they will be secure. < this bit

That worries me too.   I would be worried about losing my database if the servers are closed.  Dangerous for my business.

Is the full database assessable offline ?  Or have the data stored on my laptop where it can easily be transferred over to another software?

Also I would be concerned that the price can be increased.

2.3 - Yep, as I say that's pretty standard T&C wording for a cloud based app but to be honest it doesn't sit right with me either. If I was to terminate the service (not that I have any intention whatsoever of doing so) I would *definitely* give ample notice to my users, as much as possible but at least a month. I'll amend this ASAP

13.1 - I think I'll remove this clause as it's not representative of Cleaner Planner at all! Quality of service, meeting users' requirements, multi-device compatibility and data security are what Cleaner Planner is all about.

As I say (and I'm going to amend the T&C's to reflect this) you would *not* lose your data if the service was ever terminated. You would have ample notice and time to login to the system and export your entire database (which you can do at any time via the "Settings > Accounts" tab regardless of what package you are on). Although I backup your data hourly I also recommend you take your own backups periodically (e.g. once a week) for your own extra peace of mind.

Also just had a look at the package, is there a way I can change the format colours.  The Cyan is too light against the white for me to clearly see without straining.

Hi Paul - just emailed you about this, but to let you and anyone else interested know (as this has been on CIU suggested before) I've added a "Dark" colour scheme option for those who find the default scheme a bit too subtle for their taste and/or eyesight. If you're on Cleaner Planner and want to give it a try just go to the "Settings" tab, change the "Theme" to "Dark" and click "Save".

You can now make the colours of the blue a little darker which for some might help a lot to make it clearer to see,

On the spanner, settings you can change the theme to darker.

thats a good option rob, is tehre any way you could have a dark dark option, with the blue maybe a bit darker than the dark setting (though not essential) BUT an option where the text can be dark black rather than the wishy washy grey (you know this has been an issue for me and I would love to be able to have option to have the colours as I prefer if possible. the grey writing is a strain on my eyes at times.

Thanks Paul and Smudger. I've changed the main text colour (in the lists etc) on the "Dark" theme to jet black (it doesn't go any blacker ) Let me know what you think!
