polished tile smear, solutions

hi guys

a customer has a "polished tile" which is 600mm x600mm

THere is a smear on it which is very hard to spot but which really bugs her. Its a smokey kind of effect if you like

in sunlight it shows up badly. Its hard to explain exactly what it is in words

any solutions?

And its white , kind of glossy

It will probably be transit wax in the pores of the Tile.  E mail me some photos to tilinglogistics@hotmail.com please
