Hi all
Those that do domestic cleaning in houses Do you use contracts or just verbal agreements ?

My missus just has a verbal agreement with her customers and has never had any real problems.

Verbal agreement is the norm but it's good to have contracts/agreements in place for any service business.

Verbal is good till it becomes a maid/house keeper service! ???
