« on: November 16, 2014, 05:50:08 pm »
Old pc has died a slow death. Bought a new one today and am not sure how to get George up and running. Anyone done it recently or know what to do?

Hi Tom

Down load and install George on your new pc. Also the data restore program, and install this as well.

After you have installed both run the data restore program, then it will ask you for the destination of your backup, point it to the usb drive and select this, it will then have a list of backups, choose the latest one. job done.

I always back up the whole george folder. Then u can just drag folder into C:/ drive and copy and paste the exe file onto desktop.
