Well! as you may know Chris we only added PW to our services last September,  hence the number of jumpy questions over the months, In the first year we have cleaned 22 roofs

Don't be so touchy I am not as bad as Kevin and "Big nozzle Bob" makes out   

I am asking because we struggle with access and I was under the impression you work only from booms ?
Did you do all 22 from booms?.
We could never do this we use cherry pickers ,scaffold ,roof ladders etc .

Apart from the second one I did, yes all from high access. If there is one advantage leaving out on the backside of this country (norfolk) it's that many areas have front, rear, side access, unlike the civilised world of the city where they try to build 16 houses on an area suitible for 10

If high access was not an option then I'd price in scaffolding failing that I'd pass - even the four figure price tag would not get me walking on a roof
