vauxhall combo like a rust bucket in the back

finally looked in my vauxhall combo the other day having got the keys back and its very rusty inside as never had any waterproofing any ideas on what i should do now i,e how to remove and what should i cover with cheap but decent options thanks fibre glassing or protector cote

its fine just the metal in the back hasnt had any plywood or protection so it gone rusty

Its a van!, if the metal on the floor in the back has rusted away, it is as good as worthless. Unless you are very friendly with a welder, or can do it yourself, scrapping it might be the best option. A repair or replacement of the rear floor, depending on the age of the van, could easily cost more than it is worth.

If its surface rust then sand it out and then put some 'rust to metal' paint down.
Let it cure and then  i'd fibreglass it to give it another layer of protection seen as you've had rust

Check the floor under then van has got no rust either mate, as if it has then you've got rust eating away from both sides, you cant really 'bodge' that....get someone to start welding or scrap it mate

to be honest it is just surface rust i think im gonna rip the tank etc out this week and sort it out
