ive searched customers name

its came up

clicked on it

but where its says delete its in grey and wont let me click it to delete

ive changed to status to cancelled and that hasnt worked either

Ive never used cleaner planner, but i presume its the same reason as with all software George,Aworka,wcp probably because it has finical transactions against it for your accounting records. So if you where to delete the job it your financial records would become incorrect.

rob has got back in touch apparently because the customer was on a current worksheet she couldnt be deleted

Spot on Dave If a job has a transaction history you can set the status to "Cancelled" to hide it but you can't delete it.

This job didn't have a history but it was on a worksheet so it needed to be removed from the worksheet before deleting it.
