To be honest the couple of hours collecting i do 90% of the customers know the day i collect so have the money waiting.
My round only covers a 10mile radius so its never a hassle going back if i have to as im always passing

Work and personal , I am baffled as to why people think it is so expensive to run a 4x4

Because my dad had a nissan navara in 2007 and it was worse than his range rover on fuel

Nissans are crap anyway  ;D ;D ;D , For a 2 ton vehicle with half a ton in the back 30-34mpg aint bad and the road tax is a lot lower than it used to be on some when it was over £300 or £400 . Mike

My toyota hiace van gets me about 29mpg so I'd happily drive a 4x4 at those figures. :)

Think i'm getting 40-44mpg from the Connect 1.8tdci and 39mpg on school runs for the Scenic 1.5dci, so at 34mpg for 2.5L 4x4 seems ok to me.

My 4x4 is £500 a year to tax and does 20/23 mpg if im lucky :o
Worth every penny to me though.

My astra van does 150 miles for £20 and my expert only does 80 but im guessing its where i carry 650 with expert and 400 with the astra van and with near 240k miles on the expert cant help much lol.
