Phil,
Put a hose and a wand onto your machine, set a pressure, say, 400, press the trigger, the pressure should only drop around 50 psi or so with the trigger pressed, if it drops more than that then the checkvalves in the head if the prowler pump could have gone.

From tank the pressure falls to nil but from hose it drops like you say around 50.

So you are gravity feeding water from your tank to the machine. Try live feeding the machine from a garden hose direct to the machine, if the problem goes away then it is the gravity feed and not the pump.

That's what I'm saying Simon from tank pressure to nil from hose on my kitchen tap pressure stays so gotta be the gravity

Phil your isolation point off your tank is it a full bore fitting ? This could restrict the flow if not

Well then live feed it to get your job done then get a 12 volt pump, but they ain't cheap.

I setup a 240v pump that i use when roof cleaning and as soon as i turned pump on the prowler cut out so i unplugged leads off sensors and tried again and it worked so it must be not enough gravity so pump it is cheers for your help everyone now time to be part of the most thorough or free brigade  ;)
