After everyones been on their holidays and the schools go back i always get a surge of new jobs!
This week already i have 2 new pubs, 2 new built 6 bedroom houses, a 3 bedroom house and i have been promised the contract for some new apartments getting built in the area:)
Probly helps that the suns back out aswell like!
My target for the year is almost complete.

I dread the kids going back makes no difference to amount of jobs
I get whether they are at school or not,but the traffic here in Birmingham
is horrendous when they are at school it makes quite a difference to my day
when they are on holiday.

My kids have been back a fortnight now, in fact the youngest is already counting down till the next holiday

Im glad the kids have gone back because i can clean windows in piece without the old coffin dodgers coming out and telling me there doom and gloom stories about their hip replacements and dead dogs
