Someone near me has one and I am amazed how well it fly's as it seems to be able to circle over a couple of streets.

I'm building one at the moment - parts from hobbyking.com & ebay. Mine should be able to carry a 3kg payload and fly for about 20-30 mins depending on payload,.. full GPS & autonomous mission abilities for less than £200!

if you want to buy off the shelf i got from hameleys toy store in London, but can get them on amazon, unless you work for nassa, then build your own.

They're dead easy to build - its just 4 motors & props (2 counter rotating) a control board, battery & RC unit,..

The Bebop Parrot looks amazing for a budget ready built model though,...
