Brush on or off the glass. I have just started using a sill brush with fans and been rinsing on. Not had a problem from spotting yet. How do you do it ?
Also I'm a one man band still and wondering whether it's worth employing after winter and whether you make a lot more for a better wage for yourself

Did a bit of research on this over the past couple of years:

As a direct result of the first one we moved to brush on rinsing. Tried it out first on customers who had complained in the pastand warned them (so they would look). No complaints, so it's what we do now. Much easier on the shoulders.

I thought you only employ if you need to, if you've got to much work to do yourself then employ or sub some out. Why do you need to ask such a question if you need to employ it's not rocket science !!!!!!
I'm not sure how some people actually run a company sometimes
