If it was me I would rather it in a 3.5 ton LWB van.

How much weight will the vito hold?

Thats the dry weight, when the machines full i.e. all heat exchangers are full and the header tanks full etc and the fuel tanks full, not to mention the chemical jugs being full you will be a lot heavier. Then you have possibly a fresh water tank , thats the weight of the empty tank plus the water in it so possibly another half tonne.
Then all your tools and hoses and hose reel etc.
If you thInk a Vito will carry all that I would give it a rethink.
Even with a 3.5 tonne van you have to seriously watch your weight.
Then theres the amount of fuel in your vans tank and then the weight of you the driver and possibly  a passenger and the chemicals your carrying.

Dave,
It is a heavy piece of gear. I have one in a Renault Master and you can tell it's there so you may struggle with a vito.

I had an issue with the weight of a Maxx a few years ago, I asked Bill Jensen at HM USA for the real weights as the weights stated in the manual didn't seem to be correct.
His reply was the weight of a Maxx470 is 670 KG thats with the waste tank.
Since the Maxx450 is only really different in the blower dept weight wise and since there is little difference between a 4005 and a 4007 blower weight wise it would appear that the Maxx450 is considerably heavier than you are thinking.
Certainly a Vito van is not capable or even big enough for a Maxx of any series I would discount the Vito.
They are not even wide enough to fit the Maxx into with the waste tank situated behind the machine as in the conventional way of fitting these machines, meaning you would have to fit the waste tank somewhere else in the van and since the Vito is relatively small as far as vans go this would leave you with very little room left in the van for all your other equipment.

Dave you may fit one in a vito but there won't be much space for anything else, IMO I'd look for a Phoenix or a Woodbridge for size and weight.

I may be selling mine soon, I'll keep you posted if you like.

I wouldn't like to drive let alone be a passenger in a Vito with a 450d in the back even if one did manage to shoe-horn it in
