AC... Its obvious what has happened. You don't keep your records up to date!
Me... actually yes we do, the problem is although it clearly states on the payment slip we leave that payment is due 7 days after we clean, some customers don't. I have just checked the bank and your last payment went in last thursday. Thats 24 days after July's clean and 52 days after June's clean. As the work lists were put together yesterday and I have not updated the records from the last 5 days yet the lads on the rounds would not have known that. Any chance you could pay on time in future? we could then avoid this confusion.
