18 Whirlaway Nozzle Set Up
« on: July 03, 2014, 06:46:59 pm »
Hey Guys

I have bought a second hand Whirlaway in great condition but I was unhappy with the nozzles as they did not seem to match.
I have bought the 02  25 degree ones to go with my Loncin 15l minute 4000psi pressure washer.

As for fitting them obviously pfte tape and tighten up but as the nozzle is slightly elongated where do i set them up in relation to the rotary arms?
Should the grooved end be at right angles or parallel to the rotor arm, for the best cleaning.
Hope you can help as getting it wrong means it will not clean or spin as its supposed to, and as I'm new to this I cannot tell which is good or bad on a setup.

Thanks a lot.
Tony

Slits in the nozzle need to be parallel to the arm.
