What pole holder are you using Ben?

I use 6" soil pipe, held onto the inside of roof with this stuff..

Ok Fair enough.

Are you fixing brackets to roof or wall of van?

For the wall you need deepflow gutter brackets and the roof, 6" soil pipe brackets..

you don't need the pipe Ben but it does help. It makes the brackets less likely to break and its easier to slide poles in.

Darren I use just the brackets and never had one break, and got 4 set in the roof.
make sure when you buy the brackets that you get the ones with two screw points:)

I know, i just think it looks prettier.
I've got the ones with one screw each side.
It's just easier to slide them in.
If you're doing commercial where the pole only goes in once or twice a day its no bother.
Sometimes the pole will go in 20 times a day. Its a tiny thing but for the same of less than a fiver, i got the tubes.
SLXII 18 & 30 fit in the skinny pipe (60mm?) and extreme 47, pole fits, but not clamps so I've notched out for the clamps.
I like it.
Van is black, pipes are too.
