I know a bloke in newark that cleans bins
Jetwashes and then sprays a scented disinfectant

From what i gather the cleaning is the easy bit, there are few health and safety regs ....if you're going to do it properly anyway (where you drain the water from the bins, how you stop the water spraying everywhere when cleaning the bins etc....)

No mate, nothing but water through the pressure washer
(I'm not sure something like TFR would have enough time to take effect if run through a pressure washer...?)
