Got a feeling this lady was gonna dump me ... canvassed customer with about 5 cleans in but last few times "oh got no money today can you call back for it tomorrow" last few cleans ........ does the 2 next to her then just before I get to hers out she pops ... leave em as gonna get husband to clean them ......... yeah sure he is 

anyways onto next street picks up a new customer just moved into a house I used to clean before it was sold (still a new job in my eyes as old one moved and cancelled ... bloke over the road pops out "do you do the frames?" YES says I ... great your hired says he ... quoted 2 on way home and got both of them and a 5 panel conny roof lean to thing @ £45

hi mate fully understand where you coming from,I hate losing customers,but have to say when you get that feeling your best rid of them,I've recently sacked a couple of customers before sacking them I was shall I shan't I sack them,few weeks down the road after sacking ,them I've replaced with new customers,and feel a whole lot better,I've got a couple more that are on there last strike,once more and there sacked.

carrying on with window cleaning ... sacked the Toyota dealership off and gonna find franchisee number 1 thru ian Lancaster package ... watch this space blah blah .... yup change with the wind I do
