I can guarantee its the top mount as mine was doing the same, especially when I reversed at full lock, just had it repaired and all sorted, £22 for part plus labour

Had a couple replaced also, think it is a result of carrying a lot of weight in the van.

i forgot to say, quite common is the strut top bearing as well
