Care home in Woking to Sub (pls contact me due now)
« on: March 22, 2014, 11:03:19 am »
All WFP outsides only
Subbies cut is £25 paid on the same day via bacs with an invoice emailed

I have never cleaned it or seen this job my current Subbie doesn't want to do it anymore I think he must have alot on now with everyone els he works for
Plus I think his own round has grown and normally needs to work less for me to catch it up

it does take over an hour i dont think its the best priced job so this would be great for someone who needs the work or hasn't got quite enough in the area

I may be able to sub certain full days at £150 a day or there abouts as I have a feeling my regular guy might be moving on to bigger things so could be a start to something bigger those days might a actually come sooner rather then later

Subbie to have

Its a small job for now so I know can't be too demanding but!
Wfp van mount 350l ideal +
Public liability Insurance would be nice
All you have to worrie about is cleaning windows to a satisfactory level and you are paid promptly
I end up with all the admin and chasing invoices!
Oh 6 months + expirence working from van mount and general wfp use would be nice

Anyone intrested pls leave your number or email and ill get intouch pronto
Thanks for looking !

I'm paying £150 for 8 hours to polers and £100 trad.
£150 for 6 ain't bad at all.
If they don't want the work there's a very long line of lads that do.

Paying 150 for a full day is differant to paying 25 for over  an hours work IMO

Lol.. I'm offering someone an opertunity to make some money can all the £500 per day peope stop having a go!?
I'm starting to wish I didn't even post it

Im certain there is someone in Woking that wouldn't mind to increase there day rate by £25 garenteed payment for an hours work if you don't get out of bed for less then £50 per hour this isn't the job for you then is it

Pls either reply with something positive like pole has or don't at all
Jeez
Anymore crap and ill just lock the post ,delete and ill clean the buger myself
And ill put an add out when needed on a day rate if that keeps everyone happy
Lol

Part of 2 care homes in different areas both over 7 months I think

Also they have recently requested a inside clean that I might be offering £150 for
As inside its a good 5 hours all together but its just the outsides due now

He's been working for me over 2 years I only have a day a week sometimes 2
But its regular sub days I do have
He's been wonderful I hope ill find another Subbie as honest and hard working as he has been but fair play to the chap ill always be helping him in whatever he aims to do!

Crystal I don't understand m8, 5 hours to clean the inside but only one hour for outsides !!!! Lol !!!!
I do 10 big care homes for the big boss man and his house in Hamsted they are 95 bed + they take around hour & half outside and about 2 & half hours inside.

It's funny I use to charge more to clean the insides as I would price up more doing outside when I use to use ladders. I know some charge more for insides due to stuff on cills and using squeegee takes longer but I charge same as outsides as outsides are so much easier to clean and much quicker now with wfp

Hope you get a decent fella to help you out, if I had work that way I'd of helped you out with the bugger pmsl

Good luck with it 🇬🇧👍👍👍🇬🇧
