Perhaps its my age I don't know, every time winter comes I gain about 2 stone. When summer comes I loose about the same. Is it me or is it cos I'm old?

Why is that? Working fewer hours? Eating more? Comfort eating?
I'd look at your eating habits in winter and summer.

I tend to put a few extra pounds (not 2 stone though!) on during the winter months. I usually switch to drinking Guiness for the winter so I blame that!
