Did My First Job Today :)
« on: March 21, 2014, 03:51:59 pm »
Did my first ever window cleaning job today using my new wfp system. It was a 3 story house and windows came up great.

However I was not happy with the white plastic frames. You see on all the videos using pure water they come up a treat but these did not. Its probably a year since they were done. The gutters were nearly black in places. I tried cleaning a piece of this but again hardly any dirt came off.

So what am I doing wrong or do you need to spray something on the brush first?

Thanks,
 Steve

It can take a few cleans to get the upvc up to its best with wfp however if its too far gone only way is clean it with a upvc cleaner ... by hand  ::)roll .... make sure you price accordingly !

We use g101 on all first Cleans, SFG washing, cladding and conny roof work, apply scrub, wash, rinse frames are pretty much perfect from clean one.

a hand pump sprayer 2 ltr  size is perfect for getting to ground and first storey windows apply to brush for higher

First cleans take longer than maintenance cleans, but get it right first time and all the following cleans will be easy and straightforward

You need a good stiff bristled brush for very dirty gutters.

Certain window frames will not come up great if they have been left dirty for a long period of time, however they should be considerable difference even if they are not perfect?
