Anyone wanting a IBC in a van needs his head read. But its your life and the people you might smash in to. I have seen some new vans lately on this forum with tanks fastened down with nothing stronger than suit case straps. Madness.

I think its for static use, but 1000L ibc's in vans are not safe imho

He wants it for static use.

I agree straps are no good tanks need a metal frame and bolted down, and ibcs are no good in vans,

Ive used a 700 litre ibc in van for about 8 years never a problem I got a guy to fasten it to floor with proper brackets

You could buy the ro / di bits for about 500 , once tanks are always on Ebay for 20 -40 quid or just ask around on industrial estate .

Gardiners metal hose ends an other bits (worth getting ) £75 max upto you how
