Classic first clean
« on: January 10, 2014, 02:56:14 pm »
Today I done a first clean. Little house £14.

I get an answer phone message from customer saying I have left the windows wet and there is dirt on them.

I go and look and it's dirt on the inside and I explained that the water would not smear as it's pure, he didn't believe me..

He also said there old house was cleaned with a wfp and the windows were left dry and never wet.. Go get your old cleaner then!  ;D

He must of presumed you were useing the old fashioned method, instead of the perfectly acceptable industry standard.

He should of checked first then he could have told u how to do your job, would have saved him looking like a d.ck.

If the clean is of a good standard then no reason to avoid payment just because he's unaware things have moved on and progressed.I would demand payment.

If he was to get his driveway cleaned he would be the type that prefers to see you on your hands and knees with a scrubbing brush rather than a power washer ::)roll

Bottom line is he made the mistake

He's paid but wants me to come back and clean again.

If he complains again ill just drop him. Not worth wasting my time and money
