650 litre tank in frame...£300
4040 R.O.                     £280
11 litre D.I. filled           £100
Pump                             £90
Pump controller              £80
Battery                          £70
Hose reel                       £60
100m minibore               £50
CLX27                          £170
Lets say another £100
for bits and bobs
Vat                                 £260
That's £1560 in parts and Sureclean are looking £2972 to fit and with a smaller tank.
Don't forget they also make money on the parts as well.
I have to agree they are well over priced considering a good mornings work would fit the lot.

I doubt you can buy a new 650 ltr tank with frame for £300 or a new 4040 for £280 im afraid.

Get a bigger tank than 250 ltr Tom.
Minimum of 350 ltr for a one man set-up but 400 ltr woud be better otherwise you will soon be found lacking.

ive a seat inca van so payload does not allow for now

250L will do until i establish myself a bit more , thanks andy

Fair enough.
Maybe consider just getting a price for a company to fit the tank if you want to save money and don't want to do it yourself.
You will be able to fit the rest yourself easily enough.
ps. the system you have linked to looks ok, but pole doesn't look great.
Consider the properties you will be cleaning, I would recommend a minimum 22ft pole.

The 300 gpd ro should be ok to supply enough water for your requirements.
You might want to add a booster pump to increase water pressure and speed up production.
Beware that all RO's produce water slower in colder weather.
Have you checked your TDS at tap to see if you do need an RO if if you can just use DI?

the 4040 is really fast, however i have a large round and use a 450 gpd ro, to fill a 650 litre tank i would say a 300 would be alright but i would get a booster pump

A 4040 has a much larger membrane and is capable of producing water much faster.
For example a 300 gpd RO might produce 50 ltrs of pure per hour.
A 4040 could probably do 150-200 ltrs per hour.
But is obviously much more expensive to purchase (£500+).

Your right Andy R.O. with membrane £340 +vat.
Tank with frame is about a £100 more all from Sureclean.
Also missed out pre-filters and containers at around £50 + vat.
Auto cut off valve at £80 + vat.
But its still a high mark up.
