i live by the sea so i know about salt
Don't clean the top frame or if you do, rinse, rinse and rinse!
even if you avoid the top frame still have to rinse more than normal.

We clean a hospital in Blackpool every 3 months, to be honest it doesn't look any better externally when we've cleaned it.

I live on a small Scottish isle 90℅ on sea front ,I struggled to begin with found a big flow rate with 4 x 2mm pencil jets solved the problem without wasting time

I do sea front stuff most days.
I don't worry too much about tds when I do this one.
Just do a lot more rinsing.
