Description of the contract:
Fife Council requires a Window Cleaning Service for all Fife Council buildings. Two Fife Council Buildings, Fife House and Rothesay House, require contractors to clean windows using a cradle system,
therefore the Tender document will have two lots, one for cleaning windows using the cradle system at Fife House and another for standard cleans. These lots will be evaluated separately; therefore
