if it could be done early doors like 6am and was a regular job I honestly would go in at £160 for 1st clean then £85 monthly

rekon it could be done in under an hour

With time restrictions maybe £120
Also maybe charge £30 more for first clean

Have you asked them what there budget is?

I did a PureGym and guy said 'We be willing pay £250 for the clean' and it was same type of build!    So I of course came back and said '£180 for first clean'

heres a  little tip if you get the job every now and again time it right that you have cleaned pasted the front doors befoure ten oclock say around 940 and slow right down  ;D ;D

why ????? I hear u ask if you find out what day the early zumba classes start mostly 10am after the spinning class just think of the ladies that will see your van at work ???? and who books window cleaners ?? house wifes  ;D

     +1 but I would try to negotiate a 6 to 8 week clean for £120 and then calculate it to a monthley invoice based on a 6 week clean trust

One off at about £150 (assuming its quite dirty)

If it was regular an you can do it outside of normal 9-5 then i would think you could do that for £70 - £120 and make pretty decent money. I would say about 2hours TOPS
