i have to put it on 60 to work the heater don't know why its that high

Shurflo had a couple of different pumps. The most common is a 5.2 LPM pump. I have a 3.8 LPM pump on my van as well. I ordered it 7 years ago when we didn't use controllers to reduce water flow.
