i am doing a big charity funraiser this year for "keynsham mencap" all money is going to the local group and not the national pot.
this charity have given surport to us and our serious disabled son Ryan who is 14years old for the last 8years,they do a lot of good work with all the kids that go to there club,day trips etc.
SO YOU CAN SEE THIS MEANS A LOT TO ME, AND IS CLOSE TO MY HEART
The event,well a few off you knew that i run the london marathon 2 years ago,so where do i go from there
well before the marathon run 26.2miles,a 2.5mile open water swim,then 112 miles on a bike.just to add pressure it has to be done in 16 hours
