Bonjour all, I'm abit puzzled I've got booster pump so water going into r/o is fast for about an hour or two then the pure water comes out pretty quick into the storage tank. Then for some reason it goes into the storage tank fairly slow so i have to remove the pipe going in r/o quick and put it back in where the flow gets fast again for a while, don't understand it,I get bloody soaked in having to remove and push pipe back in ? The system is only about 2 months old so all the filters and membranes are still newish.  
Any Ideas ?

Looks as if you have too much pressure going into the r.o. try running more to waste.

Thanks for getting back Jonh, no I just recently fitted a pressure gauge which is giving me 80/85 psi which Ive read is ok and about the ok pressure. How would you change the pressure to push out less or more waste water ?

You should have a valve somewhere near the output of the RO which you can turn to reduce or increase the waste water. Where it is depends on which RO it is... If its a Merlin 1 or 2 then it won't have the valve, what you get is what you get.

Are you using hoselock type connectors?
I found that the spigot (if that's the right word) inside the waterstop sometimes got caught on the inside of the hose.
Remove all the spigots and try again.
To do this, remove the rubber o ring then push it out the other way.

If none of this applies, I've got nothing else. Sorry.

Ive got the 450 from collins water.....
I'm surprised you've got hoselock fittings, mine came with 1/4'' and john guest...
In regards to your r.o if you've got a booster your pressure would be constant so i doubt its your pressure if it works for a few hours then slows.
Stupid question but were does your outdoor tap you use draw water from?(mine draws from the washing machine inlet, as a result when thecwashing machine is on the water flow to my r.o drops!!)

Hi all thanks for info my tap is in garage connected off mains, maybe sink hard to see as copper pipe runs behind wall as had a part garage conversion. When the water slows I take out the 1/4 pipe going into ro and put it back quickly as the water sprays everywhere but then flows fast again. I shouldn't worry really as still getting 000 water. Even when slow its still puting water in storage tank. Just strange why it does it. I tried without the booster it worked for a while then no water was coming out so plumbed it back into booster. Thankyou for all your input. Yes this came with 1/2 fitting but changed it to the 1/4 so I could put the 1/4 Tds reader on it, the water pressure is just as good with the 1/4 pipe than it was with the 1/2 pipe going in ro

Is your booster pump or its  transformer not over heating. This is a fact with booster pumps, they all say they must not be used continuously as the transformer over heat. Is your booster pump a 12 volt 24 or 230 volt.

Hiya Smithie not sure what it is m8 I got it from Omnipole with the transformer, it's a decent one it can be running for 24 hrs sometimes & gets warm but not boiling. It's really weird why it does it. I've got the pipe coming from mains then into booster then into ro should I put the booster in after the first pre filter

Just put the pipe coming out booster in the last pipe coming out of the membrane and it came out like a jet washer so fast would have filled storage tank up in 10 minutes only problem was I checked water before going into the last stage of the Di bottle resin and it was going in at 375 would kill my resin in no time sod that !!!!
