RO help please!

I have made about 600L of water with my RO man 150gpd with a inline D.I.

My TDS is already coming out at 003 surely it shouldnt need replacing just yet?

No, unless you're after a tds of 0. Give the di vessel a shake around and it should come down again.
If you get a booster pump, your resin will last for ages.

Yes. The quicker water is pushed through a ro unit, the more efficient the ro unit will work.
For example, it will probably double the amount of pure water made in the same time and even better, the tds will be almost 1/2 of what it is now before going through the di vessel.

That's high - you don't need a booster pump

90psi? That's good. I think the booster pump I had was 90psi.
