Lino floor
« on: March 02, 2006, 08:34:39 pm »
Hi
I've been asked to deep clean 5 stairwells, each with a different coloured lino.
Property is 4 years old, and mainly stair treads are grubby / ingrained with dirt.
I've tested one tread in each stairwell, using cleaning fluid and scourer, which has lifted out dirt.
Is this the way to go, and was thinking of using Prochem Alkleen as solution sprayed on before scrubbing.

What are your thoughts? Ideas / advice appreciated.  :)

Cheers

Colin

Just seen your thread here. if it is proper LINOLEUM (not sure on my spelling here!) DON'T use high alkaline products they will knacker the floor :o, if it is vinyl then strip away!! ;D
