Put an alarm clock next to his ear, set it for two minutes time and start on the first window.

You could also have a hot cuppa waiting for him when he wakes up.

give him money is the worst thing you could do he will be their next time and the next but the price will have gone up ;D just clean tough if he dont move soak him do you think he gives a feck about you or your job NO IVE NO TIME FOR THIS
