The problem with having an armoury of clx/slx's when you employ staff mate is that they will get broken.

People will say that staff should be charged for damaged poles, and in an ideal world I agree.

What I've found is that the best way around it is to buy the sturdiest poles at the cheapest price. Brodex poles aren't too heavy and they take some breaking.

Anybody who's got a problem using a 36ft brodex pole isn't worth employing to be honest.

And believe it or not, I've seen first hand window cleaners who have been employed by myself moaning about how heavy a wfp is and then after they've left I've seen them working for other local window cleaners cleaning 3 strorey houses from triple extension ladders with a smile on their faces.

Got to admit the brodex hydra alloy will go on forever never get any wear issues or clamp issues they just keep going i have had an 18ft & 25ft pole ,

And never had any probs at all as Dean said if your employing then they are an ideal pole they will take all the abuse without issue . Mike

have you ever let them use one dean?

,if they are breaking them then  i say you better re train them to use them right.

No but I've seen the state of their underwear when they work away with me,

There's no way I'd let them near any decent equipment.
