I'm fairly sure Grippatank is Gardiners latest venture. If so then good service will be assured.

Grippa tank is not a separate gardiners venture , I believe there's a link with the grippamax crash system but that's it. It's run by completely different people . I bought a gutter vac of them and also know them personally and there stuff is good , as for service can anyone beat gardiners.

I have dealt with them and bought a gutter vac system off them.  they are not the same company as gardiners, though they work closely with gardiners on some of their products I understand.

I have found them very good to deal with and they have been very helpful.  i would definitely use them again, and recommend them

I have met the guys and gone of thier system with a fine tooth comb and fired a load of pressing questions at them some.

I rate them highly, they are very easy to speak to and knowledgeable, I did mention to them that the website was a nightmare and confusing (they are having that fixed)

Nice honest guys that are not out just to make a quick buck.
They have also been about longer than many think, not just for window cleaning

They not doing them self's any favours with that rubbish website. I think i would have impulsed bought a tank by now if the site worked. Its just so slow awkward and confusing.

i love the gutter vac , much better than the ionics one i see a few years back , although i think thats partly due to the pole. ( plastic sections, very heavy and worm gear clamps. ) That put me off originally to the point that i though they were all a waste of time. That was of course until oli at grippatank demo'd a unit while i was picking some bits up. I was immediately impressed and subsequently order 1 with 5 sections of carbon poles. ( the carbon poles are made by Gardiners ) the pole sections are fantastic and my only gripe at present is the actual top fitment which fits in the gutter. ( i understand that its updated and im looking forward to testing it  ;D) I would also like a generator for the simple reason of being able to do the work , when its convienent with me and not just when the custys about .

i have one as well, very nice gutter vac,2400w and the carbon poles are so light, made by gardiners.
Regarding the complaints about grippaTank company, if they get a new website and stocks available more quicker, they will do well because Olivier gives a good customer service and they have very good products
