ladders have come back today broken the hooks when you raise the ladder and they sit over the rung have been snapped are these easily replaced where can they be fixed or replaced??

i thought so to be honest they have used a strap and dont think it sat properly when they have ratcheted the strap its put pressure and snapped the hook bit that sits over the rung

if you have storage room, dont throw them, might have another ladder trade in thing again this year!
can trade them in and get discount on another set

still use them on lower extenstions  and conservatorys etc bit annoying tho

il contact enrights in liverpool sure they can put a repairs on them its only a pivot and a bolt holding them in
