Signwriting draft
« on: April 15, 2013, 10:45:18 pm »

Hi guys,
Getting my van sign written, anyone any suggestions for improvements etc before I go ahead. I'm buying the graphics online and applying them myself, never done it but it doesn't seem to be too difficult. The writing on the rear windows is in light blue and should show up well as my glass is tinted almost black (i tried white but it didn't look too good).
Thanks.

where can you get the outline drawing for the van? I need one for my relay.

BTW

sign writing looks good

logo is large which is important, makes your van recognisable to customers yet let potential clients know who you are and what you do. contact details nice size and phone number stands out.

on the door you have all your job types which is well placed.

I like it that you have your company slogan and I see that you show they areas you work

Is that your actual phone number?
Would it be better spaced 5,6 or 5,3,3
eg 07123 987654 or 07123 987 654

It's just the internet. Try not to worry.

Facias should be Fascias and sills should be cills. (Tho' that last is a bit wagon and waggon)

Thanks guys, can't believe i spelt (or is it spelled?) fascia incorrectly.

Darren, the phone number is an Irish mobile, thats how we write them here, at least I do.

Dazmond, very few conservatories in Ireland, mainly sunrooms.

Handyman, got the Caddy diagram here- http://www.bobmarshall.co.uk/shop.asp, not sure if they have the Relay.

Cheers.
