did an hour and a half yesterday morning and then sacked it off as a bad idea!! ;D ;D

lots just said they would think about it/need to speak to husband etc, some thought i was way too expensive and one guy said he had been quoted £8 for his 4 bed house with four 3 storey windows and conny on the back(thought my price of £25 was a total rip off!!).

then i had people who just wanted to shut the door before id even finished my first sentence!

i thinks lots were just not bothered as roads not finished off and houses still being built right outside their doorstep!!

then others had a window cleaner who just cleaned glass at a rock bottom price every 2 weeks and were happy with his service!

had one who said he would take me on at £15 every 6 weeks.in the end i decided it wasnt worth carrying on in this area as its 45 mins out of my way.maybe an hour if traffics bad so potentially id lose 2 hours a day just driving there and back!!

im happy with my work overall and ive decided to canvass and leaflet in areas i already work!

at least i tried!think its best just leafleting this area for my girlfriends shop methinks when ive got a few spare hours!! ;D ;D ;D

win some you lose some!!

well done to all you guys that did well with new work this weekend!! ;D ;D

very best wishes

How do you get away with£150 first clean and £50 6 weekly and £300 first clean when its only £65 6 weekly??
Fair play to you if your telling the truth.

Mick

I have no reason to lie. Been after these houses for months. One belongs to a celeb and the other one a footballer. Both had work done on the property and so windows inside and out covered in dust and crap.

I had the first 1000 of a ten thousand leaflet drop posted on Friday. Picked 350 in one off conny and gutter cleans and a regular £13 a month job. Not to bad for a 1000 leaflets. They are paid for now as well so anymore work is all free :)

Dont be disheartened daz. New builds are the total worst areas to work now and get your money from, loads of young families who dont care for anything or anyone, many are housing assosiation who havnt a pot to wee in.
