Tenders help?

Can u ask for some help lads.....I have to send in a tender to a big company & I have a good chance of getting its just the facility manager said the tender like doc (no boxes etc to tick or big criteria to mention)needs to look very professional !! Can anyone point me in the right direction of who would provide this service ???

Have you thought about googling it to find a similar tender document?
I used to be in facilities and if I didn't have a scope of works document for tender purposes that's what I'd do.

I'd love to have the time dg also I find the DIY letters/tenders lack the professional touch (well mine do  :( )

That's my point get the document change a few details and away you go, shouldn't take too long.
My boss in facilities whose now head of facilities nationwide ifor a bank in Oz used to do it all the time that's how I picked up on it.
