Permanent marker on carpet!!

Need a bit of help. Got a custy who's kid used marker pen (Edding 390) on the sofa. Any quick tips? It's a heavy cord type material by the way.Thanks in advance  ;)

You'll need a solvent on this. Start of gentle and progress. Make client aware of the risks.

Did a test on similar material, and alcohol seems to work. Have solvent too so will see how it goes. Thanks for the tip.  ;)

Solutions Special Rx spotter is isopropyl alcohol based is it not?

I use it a lot for unknown stains as it is effective on oil and waterbase (and mix) I believe.
