The flow through a hose is directly proportional to the pressure applied and the cross sectional area.
So long as the bore of the pipe is sufficient it will matter very little how long it is.
Most pipes are 5mm approx dia which will give 15.5 sq mm area approx.
The area of the jets is probably around 3 sq mm. so the flow rate is relatively slow.
A high flow pump may allow a higher jet pressure as it will supply more water than the jet will pass.
IMO the length of pipe has little bearing on the final pressure and thus the amount passed by the jet so long as the pipe has enough cross sectional area.
God must love stupid people---He made so many.
